One of the best dining experiences for my family. I came here to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was made even more special with a lovely surprise dessert — Pandan Panna Cotta with Gula Melaka, which was absolutely superb. The combination of flavors was amazing and it was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The salmon with coconut spinach was absolutely top-notch — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the meal. The udang galah char spaghetti was also impressive with a unique and delicious taste. The morru ice was nice and refreshing. The only small suggestion would be to provide a different type of straw, as it was difficult to enjoy the minced onion pieces in the drink through the straw provided. Apart from that, everything was a wonderful experience. The food quality, atmosphere, and service were excellent. Special thanks to Darshini for her friendly service and for clearly explaining the ingredients and details of each dish — it really made our dining experience more enjoyable. A memorable birthday celebration with great food and warm hospitality. Highly recommended! 👏

Walking in, the environment was very lively, my group was seated inside so we were also was provided a nice view of the kitchen. Our waitress had also promptly familiarised us with the menu. We had ordered a bit of everything, as it was our first time at the restaurant. I'd say the food was great overall, but I felt the yogurt sauce given with the lamp chops was overpowering and the fries that came with the food was noticeably over salted. The drinks were great, especially the Iced Mooru. Overall I would definitely visit again if I was headed to Penang.

It's our first time to South Quay and the restaurants ambience fits the quay side. We ordered boneless mutton varuval, white rice and chicken varuval. If you love spicy food, please try the chicken varuval, the flavors and spices just explode in your mouth. My friend commented that the vibes of the restaurant differs and the taste is amazing! Mutton varuval just melts in your mouth, the right size of meat chunks! Paired with moru and lime soda! Worth the wait and visit!
