Sya nak bagi revieww ..Alhamdulillah anak saya duduk di Taska ni nampak bnyak berubah .Dekat taska ini bukan sahaja tempat jagaan tpi perbagai aktiviti yang dibuat oleh cikgu2 dekat taska .Jdi anak balik je dari taska mesti akan bercerita macam2 tentang taska.Makanan di taska pun sedap2 .. Layanan Cikgu2 pun baik ,peramah . Seronok la tengok anak disana .Tq cikgu jasa mu dikenang selalu ❤️❤️.Semoga cikgu2 Taska Genius Ilmu dipermudahkan segala urusan dn Bersabar mendidik anak anak di taska..

taska genius ilmu tidak sesuai untuk anak2 yg ada masalah speech delay, tidak terima arahan, kuat menangis, no eye contact, dan picky eater. cikgu2nye juga TIDAK ada kepakaran untuk memujuk budak yg menangis..☹️ Untuk maklumat sebelom daftar ditaska saya dah bagitau DETAIL anak saya macam mana dan saya pun telah pergi ke taska utk bertanya, sepatutnya pihak taska bagitau awal2 tidak menerima, tidaklah saya mengambil keputusan utk mendaftar anak disini. Alhamdulillah selepas anak saya keluar dari taska genius ilmu, terus sy daftarkan ditempat lain dan taska tersebut dapat mengambil hati anak saya dalam masa 2 hari sahaja dan tidak seperti taska genius ilmu katakan "menangis berlebihan dan akan muntah dan tidak mahu makan".

I would like to express my appreciation for the dedication and efforts of the teachers who cared for my child during his time at this daycare. However, based on our personal experience, we felt that this daycare was not the right environment for our son. Over time, we noticed that he frequently came home appearing thirsty and hungry, and he gradually became reluctant to attend daycare. There were many mornings when he cried and refused to go, which was very concerning as parents. The most difficult experience for our family occurred when our son was hospitalized for five days due to food poisoning after returning home from daycare. While it may not be possible to determine the exact cause with certainty, we were disappointed with how the situation was handled and felt that there was a lack of responsibility and communication from the management during such a serious incident. We hope the daycare will continue to improve its management, communication with parents, and supervision of the children, particularly by providing sufficient guidance and monitoring for newly recruited teachers. Strong supervision and consistent care are essential in ensuring every child's safety and well-being. From our conversations with other parents, we understand that our experience may not have been unique, as some families have also chosen to transfer their children to other daycare centres. We share this only to provide honest feedback that we hope will contribute to positive improvements. Alhamdulillah, our son is now attending a different daycare where he is happy, comfortable, and enjoys his daily activities. Seeing him excited and cheerful every time we pick him up has reassured us that we made the right decision for our family. This review reflects our personal experience and is shared with the sincere hope that it will encourage continuous improvements for the benefit of all children and their families.

While I appreciate the efforts of the centre, my experience was not entirely positive. As a parent of a very young child, I expected feedback to be delivered with understanding, encouragement and an appreciation of age-appropriate development. Unfortunately, many of the comments I received seemed disproportionately focused on negatives, often leaving me feeling criticised rather than supported. I fully understand that young children can be challenging and that constructive feedback is an important part of any parent-centre relationship. However, there is a significant difference between raising genuine concerns and creating the impression that normal developmental behaviours are ongoing problems. Over time, the communication I received felt more discouraging than helpful. Another concern was my child’s wellbeing towards the end of the day. There were times when he appeared unusually hungry upon being picked up, which left me questioning whether his needs were being adequately met throughout the day. As a parent, this was understandably worrying. What makes this particularly disappointing is that after moving my child to another centre, I witnessed a remarkable difference. Surrounded by teachers who approach children with patience, warmth and genuine care, my child has become happier, more confident and more engaged. Many of the concerns that were repeatedly highlighted in the past have either improved significantly or disappeared altogether. Another area of concern was the handling and communication surrounding the rotavirus outbreak. While parents were informed that there were rotavirus cases, the information shared through the WhatsApp group lacked clarity and transparency. As a parent, I was left with more questions than answers regarding the circumstances, the measures being taken and the potential source of exposure. What was particularly frustrating was that information circulating outside the official communication appeared to differ from what was being communicated to parents. This created confusion and uncertainty at a time when families were understandably concerned about their children’s health and safety. During situations involving infectious illnesses, parents deserve clear, consistent and transparent communication so they can make informed decisions regarding their children. Trust is built through openness, especially when health-related incidents occur within a childcare setting. Unfortunately, I felt that the communication surrounding this matter did not provide the level of clarity and reassurance that parents would expect. I sincerely hope the centre reflects on its approach to communication with families and places greater emphasis on empathy, encouragement, and recognising each child’s individual strengths. Sometimes, the issue is not whether a child is capable of thriving, but whether the environment is equipped to bring out the very best in them.
