We had previously tried a few other taska, and the experience was not easy for our son. He would come home crying, and every morning drop off was stressful as he was clearly afraid. However, our experience with Taska Sri Ria has been very different. After about two weeks, he stopped crying during drop off. Now, after almost six months, the situation has completely reversed. He often does not want to go home. That shift alone tells us a lot about how comfortable and secure he feels in the environment. What stands out to me is not just the outcome, but how the centre is managed. They publish a monthly newsletter that includes transparency on teacher to student ratios. There is also a clear separation between management and supervision, with a designated supervisor actively monitoring and supporting teachers. This structure matters. It ensures teachers are not overwhelmed and have proper guidance. As a parent, you can see the effect. The teachers are consistently patient and positive. It is rare to see them stressed or disengaged. My son is usually very selective with people. He does not even like being carried by relatives, but he is comfortable and happy around the teachers here. To me, this reflects a well managed environment where teacher welfare is taken seriously, and that directly translates into better care for the children. Overall, this has been a very reassuring experience for us as parents.
