Taska Mindaku (Caw 1)

taska yang sangat teruk. management yang sangat sangat teruk. owner langsung tak bertanggungjawab. tak angkat call, tak reply whatsapp. saya tertipu dengan post di tiktok dan paid review artis. Sijil JKM expired bulan Februari 2026, tapi tak renew. Bulan march 2026 di arahkan tutup oleh pihak JKM dan management tak refund pun monthly fee untuk balance hari yang taska diarahkan tutup tu. The closure was caused by the taska's own failure to comply with the required regulations, not by any fault of the parents. So it is unfair that parents are not being refunded the monthly fees for the days when the taska was unable to operate?cuma refund yearly fee sahaja. Overall, this taska is absolutely terrible!!

It is more like a nursery than a pre/play school.. pls dont expect them to treat your kids like Brainy Bunch or Little Caliph regardless how they promote their branches in fb/ads.. eventhough u pay extra for tunas iman (extra payment for education).. certain things require soft skill and shown by example) I noticed my kids change their behaviour when i sent them few months here.. the kids are not well managed when they are in class/school..i think the teachers are not properly trained or they are understaffed.. pardon me if they are trained but seriously u can see how their teachers behave (some not all).. The annual fee is cheap (RM 1500+ per kid) compare to BB and LC. For monthly fee, it is higher than LC but cheaper than BB (as of early 2022).. they dont have 2 ways conversations with parents.. they need to have one if they care about children improvement and progress.. not money. I already paid annual fee and few monthly fees.. but i change their school after 3months.. after i noticed their changes in behaviour/discipline (e.g they said harsh words when they are back from school, kesan gigitan kt badan n teacher xprasan pn bila gaduh, different day yg girl pulak kaki luka kena kerusi sb kwn lain buat, xdiscipline etc) .. im writing this review after almost 2 months leaving mindaku.. now my kids behave like before.. i think we made a right decision.. so parents pls send your kids to a proper pre school.. think about their future, safety and well-being not only based on your convenience! .. Kalau transit2 ok kot, but if u are looking for a place to nuture kids, this is not the place.. P/s i tried talked to the founder but she dismissed my feedback like it means nothing, i think i know what's their priority. Sincerely, Parent
