First I am gonna to complaint that management not manage the building very well. Security guard not wearing a uniform and shoes when on duty. They only wear shirt, short pant and slippers. They also play phone and not focus on duty. So I could say they are Intruders entering the building without permission. Second things they not understand English and Bahasa. Today when I go to swimming pool, they're not allow anyone to entering the pool because of normal rain. Meanwhile when I read on the board, management stated not allow anyone to enter the swimming pool when heavy rain and thunderstorms only. The last one is, there's no stated on the board even on glass door said we or anyone else should wear shoes when entering the gym. So Finally I am advise who wanted to buying or renting this apartment, think twice or multiple times before take it. Think for your safety of your children and your family.

Nice place to stay with swimming pool. gym and public hall. Have restaurant and car spare part shop downstairs and soon to open nursery and kindergarten. It is also close by to many amenities like tesco, petrol station, schools and many other places of attraction and public interest.

What took so long for you the management to refund your client moving in deposit??? -shifted on the 1st of July 2020 -pay RM 200 as a moving in deposit -today 27th August 2020 almost 2 month and u guys said the committee haven't signed the cheques yet Please be responsible to your client!!!
