We are truly grateful to all of Norman’s and Noreen’s teachers for their love, care, and dedication throughout their time at the school. A special thank you to Teacher Lyana, Teacher Izni, Teacher Shree, and Teacher Hanis for always being patient, supportive, and encouraging to our children. Because of my husband’s work, our children have to transfer to another school, and we were deeply touched that the teachers even prepared a farewell video for Norman. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that our family will always remember. Thank you for all the effort, kindness, and positive impact you have given to our children. We truly appreciate everything you do. ❤️

I withdrew my daughter from Big Apple Bandar Botanic after multiple disappointments. Although the school offers excellent facilities, the quality of education does not match expectations. Since the change in management and principal in 2024, there has been a noticeable decline in academic standards and overall school management. Teacher turnover is high, with many educators not staying beyond a year. This instability negatively impacts the children’s learning experience. Class sizes are also large, making it difficult for teachers to give adequate attention and maintain focus in the classroom. Overall, despite the appealing infrastructure, the school falls short in delivering consistent, high-quality education and care that young children need during these important early years.

My daughter 4 years old has been attending Big Apple for the past six months. In the beginning, I was quite worried that she might not adapt well, as she cried during the first two weeks due to unfamiliarity with the school environment. However, after about a month, she gradually adjusted and began to look forward to going to school. I am truly happy to see her come home each day with joy, sharing that she loves her school, Big Apple, and adores all her teachers. When I asked her why, she simply said, "Because all my teachers are very nice." It brings me great comfort to know that she is enjoying her learning journey in such a nurturing environment. Big Apple Kindergarten is a fantastic early learning center that prioritizes a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Fell in love the first time i step into this pre-school. It's huge and spacious, clean and equipped with a very lovely library , gym room and music room . They've also enhanced the school facility with a new swimming pool inside the school . Additionally , the topics that the teachers taught the kids are very relatable and my child really learnt alot from the pre-school . Every year they adopted a lot of new interesting activities & teaching methods in growing the children . Absolutely a safe , clean and trusted pre-school !
