Nice Inn

The owner is very helpful and also he allowed me for an early check-in. He also provided a lot of info about places to visit around the city. The rooms are clean and not very big, but they are functional. There is a shared fridge at the main corridor, together with a hairdryer. There is a cleaning service upon request. The bed is fine, but the pillows are super hard. The location of the place is also quite good, with some restaurants, bakeries and coffee places in walking distance. There is a club next door, so it may be a bit loud till after midnight. The communication with the staff was problematic. Things were better when I managed to talk directly with the owner. The window in the bathroom gives view to the opposite building. Maybe some coverage would be good to have in place.

I can only give 4 stars because there is no smoke alarm and I was travelling alone so would not wake up and I had to ask for refill of clean towels, water , shower gel on 3rd day . I was hoping my room would get cleaned but didnt. No window in my room. Other then that it's a nice stay for a good price with your own bathroom and nice roof terrace. Some guests came in late screaming around hallway when I'm trying to sleep and bar pumping but no big deal. The owner said he will install smoke alarms when I asked him so I can reccomend as great location in middle of Georgetown and great hawker food all around. I couldn't find anything cheaper with own bathroom.

The room was rather small. No amenities like toothbrushes for that kind of money. A deposit is required. Better to pay a little extra and get a better hotel.

Vom Prinzip alles super. Jedoch sehr harte Kopfkissen und die Karaokebar neben an etwas sehr laut (muss man in Kauf nehmen). Leider roch es stark nach chemischen Produkten zu Beginn.

Rooms are pretty basic but good for the price. The man who runs the place was really good guy and sorted any issues we had. Bathroom smelt funny but a lot do out here and expect a wet floor because of position of shower, rats in roof of building but the owner is in process of fixing that. 20 min walk from Armenian street and love lane but it’s an easy walk to get there. Overall enjoyed our stay but if your looking for more luxury stay then look elsewhere.

The room felt spacious and comfortable due to excellent furniture arrangement, and the bathroom was a good size. The experience was marred by annoying noise from the next room and a serious pest control issue (cockroaches) that needs urgent management attention.

Good: - location was pretty good. - It’s quite cheap but for similar pricing, there are other more decent Airbnb. Bad: - very noisy (there is a ktv pub beside it. If you enjoy listening to free out-of-tune songs all night, this place will be the best choice) - dirty (floor was dirty. On the second day, it’s worse. There was a centipede and luckily managed to kill it. A few minutes later, a cockroach came crawling in. Managed to kill it and requested to change room. Changed a room from second to third floor. Worse. The corridor had a few cockroaches, one of which almost crawled into the room again. Killed almost 4-5 cockroaches before deciding to change accommodation). So if you wish to have similar interesting experience of staying in a forest, this would be a highly recommended accommodation.
