Have joined some weekend pastry classes at TR Vocational Academy which is located at Sungai Petani, conducted by Chef Tina. The classes are fit for the beginners who are interested in pastry and baking, and also for those who wanted to enhance their baking skills and techniques step-by-step and ready to thrive into career in the future. His explanation and useful tips help the students understand well of different baking ingredients and help the students gained confidence by doing hands-on practical in his pastry and baking classes. TR Vocational Academy also provided JPK Malaysia programme (SKM certifications) in various subjects.
