I am a student from APCA Indonesia, and I had the opportunity to learn from Chef Ahmad from APCA Malaysia for one week. It was truly an amazing and memorable experience. Chef Ahmad is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but he also knows how to connect with students. He interacted well with everyone, creating a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment throughout the week What impressed me the most was his friendly personality. During breaks and free time, he would join us for hangouts and conversations, which helped build a strong connection between the chef and the students. Thank you, Chef Ahmad and APCA Malaysia, for the valuable knowledge, guidance, and unforgettable experience. I hope to have the opportunity to learn from you again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My daughter studied Culinary under the guidance of Chef Ahmad and Chef Fauzan at APCA Malaysia. I have to thank both this God sent chef's in making my daughter the best so far. With both their guidance and dedication and all their hardwork, my daughter managed to win Gold Medal at the recent FHM competition which was held at KLCC. Both Chef Ahmad and Chef Fauzan dedicated their time day in day out, 7 days a week in preparing all the participants for this competition. Kudos to both Chef Ahmad and Chef Fauzan. Thank You to both the Chef, especially Chef Ahmad whom i have interacted personally. His dedication and passion towards the Culinary is exception.

I had an amazing culinary experience with Chef Ahmad! His passion for cooking really shows in every dish. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Chef Ahmad’s attention to detail and creativity made each course a true delight. What sets him apart is his solid culinary education and extensive knowledge, which you can tell in the way he explains the ingredients and techniques used. His expertise creates an atmosphere where you learn about the food while enjoying it. I highly recommend Chef Ahmad for anyone looking for a top-notch culinary experience!

I have learned so much at this academy in just 9 months. It’s truly a great place to hone your skills with some of the best chefs at APCA Malaysia. The environment is inspiring, the lessons are hands-on, and the instructors are incredibly supportive. I’m grateful for the knowledge and experience I’ve gained here — highly recommended to anyone who’s passionate about pastry and culinary arts!

Well worth the time and efforts put in to study culinary arts at APCA. I wanted to increase my food knowledge but I’ve gained so much more. There’s a lot more Emotional Intelligence and human touches to every aspect of this place. Special thanks to Chef Ahmad who took our class under his wing from day one. He consistently motivated us daily. I’ve left APCA over a year now and Chef Ahmad is still inspiring and motivating us till today. There were some other chefs worth mentioning like Chef Deana, Chef Bonnin and Chef Foo. Their dedication to their craft (both pastry and culinary) has left me in awe and there are no words to describe their continuous passion. Kudos Chefs. I salute all of you ❤️

The chef at APCA is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly. Their high-quality pastries and engaging courses have significantly enriched my learning experience.
