Kakitangan sangat membantu. Giliran agak lama sebab ada pertukaran pegawai. Tetapi penjelasan pegawai sangat membantu ibu bapa yang ingin mendapatkan perkhidmatan terapi di sini.

After about 3 months of contacting the centre, we finally got a call to get the general screening done. Everything went smoothly and to our surprise while we were there, there are many parents who came by with kids for therapy sessions too. As with any government-led institutions, we were aware of the long waiting list, so we really got lucky that we didn't need to wait too long to secure our appointment. The centre is child-friendly (though I do wish there were more chairs for parents waiting outside while the assessments are carried out) with staff department happy to assist. Parking is available right in front, but it’s limited. Do note that the centre closes completely during lunch — lights off and all so don't be alarmed if you happen to arrive early (note the closing hours too). Assessments are carried out in three parts, each lasting around an hour depending on therapist availability. While this is only a preliminary screening, parents do receive structured feedback and general recommendations at the end. What I found especially helpful was being able to speak directly with a certified therapist. These conversations gave us clearer insights on how to support our child moving forward. Overall, the experience was smooth, reassuring, and absolutely worth the wait to get the evaluation done before jumping into costly private assessments elsewhere. In our case, we were not required to make any payment at all other than taking some personal time on our end on a weekday to 3PK office in Putrajaya. Having said, I wish our local Education Ministry would place more emphasis on raising awareness about this centre, as it can be a real lifeline for parents navigating the challenges of supporting children today in terms of their learning development and education.
