Kawasan yang menarik dengan hiasan seni sepanjang lorong sebelum masuk ke ruangan teater/auditorium. Mempunyai kemudahan cafe dan tandas tetapi tiada surau. Sepnjang PKP, susunan kerusi dengan penjarakan setiap 2 kerusi ke 2 kerusi yang lain diselangi dengan 1 kerusi kosong. Staf yang efisien dalam menjaga SOP semasa mula dan tamat majlis dan saya mempunyai pengalaman yang baik ketika disana memandangkan kugiran kegemaran membuat oersembahan di sana.

Had a great time here. I appreciate that the arts centre is located within a mall, making it convenient to enjoy dinner and catch a show in the same place. The parking facilities at One Utama are well-organized, with clear directional signages guiding visitors to the parking areas closest to PJ PAC. The theatre hall itself is spacious, featuring multiple seating tiers and sections. There are several entrances leading to different seating areas, so it's helpful to check your section beforehand. For those seated on the upper levels, access is available via the elevator at the back or the staircase near the entrance.

An outstanding live performance venue, particularly with a full orchestra as the acoustics are well engineered and the concert hall cleverly configured to capture the sight and sounds from the performance stage. The hall is not large, but comfortable enough for a full-house two-hour duration show. The show attended was the sold-out Symphonic Rock 2.0, which featured a brilliant singer/guitarist who synced seamlessly with an amazing conductor and a remarkable orchestra, with mostly local talents. Easily the most outstanding stage performance in 2025 in the country.

Nice stage and a place for talent presentation. Hall is nice but sound system a bit lack. Location parking thru a small lane which is confusing and also less signage on the road. Need to use waze to avoid confusion. From parking to 1U mall also difficult to locate the PAC and not enough signage as well. Overall is great for stage presentation and nice for the performers. Tips: BTW PJPAC is located at 2nd floor and is connected thru the mall.

This was my second time coming here to watch a theatre performance, and the experience was fantastic. This time, I came to catch the premiere of "Visits", directed by Ida Nerina and based on the 2002 work of the late playwright Jit Murad. I was amazed by how the space had transformed since my last visit. The audiovisual technology used during the play truly enhanced the storytelling. As an audience member, I felt completely immersed, thanks to the stage layout, which included a runway. The entry process could have been managed better, as there was some confusion about where to line up and who we were supposed to show our tickets to. Thankfully, everyone managed to be seated, with the show starting slightly late to accommodate latecomers. Currently, the hallway leading to PJPAC’s lobby features some amazing artwork by a modern impressionist artist Malini, which helped pass the time while I waited to be let in.
