as soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, which made us feel welcome right away. the shop itself is very beautiful and nicely arranged, creating comfortable atmosphere for musicians and visitors. while browsing, we asked for permission to touch and try some of the instruments. the staff happily assisted. staff was also very friendly and took the time to explain to us clearly. there are many options available for bass, acoustic guitars and accessories, which is great for anyone looking for variety but i did notice that some of the displayed bass guitars were not well prepared for testing, as several of them were not properly tuned. just suggesting, it would be even better if the instruments on display were set up and tuned so customers could test them more easily 🙂 overall, it was a nice visit with friendly staff and a great selection of instruments. with a bit more attention to the instrument setup on display, the experience could be even better !

I was testing out a guitar when the sales staff took the cable from me to attend to another customer. Unfortunately, the cable was never returned, and I was not given another one to continue testing. Please ensure that more cables are available in the future so customers are not interrupted while trying instruments. This made the experience quite disappointing.

Great service at Swee Lee Store Sunway Putra Mall. The Customer Service, Ron was very friendly, helpful, and patient when explaining the products. Had a smooth and pleasant experience shopping here. The price is reasonable and delivery is free. Highly recommended!
