Great selection of instruments. The staff we encountered were helpful, if not super friendly. They allowed my son to test out the electronic drum kits. And one guy showed me all the practise amps that they had for my electric guitar. None of them suited my taste of budget so we ended up not buying there. I often go in to drool over the pianos, and wait for the day that we can get one 🙂

Staffs are not friendly and have no knowledge of musical instruments. Cant even strum guitars there since all of the strings are softened. The staff even told me to soften the strings back after I tuned it. It made me changed my mind about buying an acoustic guitar there. Worst Yamaha store ever.

The staff are awful, not friendly, zero knowledge on instruments specially guitars. Registering is weirdly overly expensive, 1st month is 515rm for only 4 classes then its 205rm every month. And they don't even have good teachers. I don't even know why this store exists.

Should change the staff, not friendly And offensive, guitars strings are softened so much so that you can't even strum it. Basically they tell to people that it's not freaking music store but a museum which you can go and wander at them. Worst Yamaha store in Malaysia.
