St. Marian’s is an incredible education centre with passionate teachers and a dedicated principal who truly care about the students. The learning environment is warm, supportive, and inspiring. There is still a discipline balance and I think that’s good because an environment that’s totally relaxed is also not great for children’s development. The balance here is great. Their annual musical is absolutely amazing, and last year’s trip to Pangkor Island was unforgettable! We’re so glad to be part of this wonderful community

Ms. Fiona Fernandez is honestly an amazing teacher. I’ve never had a teacher who's been so involved in their students learning and education before. She’s so engaging and she knows how to make class fun and educational, which is so rare. She’s really generous and is always going out of her way to help us. She’s also outgoing and approachable, which I find to be a really good quality. It’s because of this that my classmates and I feel comfortable asking her questions and seeking clarification in class when we’re confused. She pushes us to do our best and work hard. All in all, she really is a phenomenal teacher

Ms. Fiona Fernandez is honestly the most dedicated and passionate teacher I’ve ever come across. She truly cares about her students, not just in academics but also in every other aspect of their lives. She always goes out of her way to help whenever her students are struggling, and it’s clear how much thought and effort she puts into everything she teaches. The way she plans out how to tackle the syllabus makes it so much easier to manage and less overwhelming. Even subjects that are usually heavy on memorization and content feel so much simpler and easier to understand because of the way she explains them. I’ve studied at three different international schools, and I can honestly say she’s the best teacher I’ve ever had the privilege of learning from. Her passion for teaching is so rare, and it truly shows in every lesson. I’m so grateful

Ms Fiona Fernandez was probably one of the best teachers I have ever had. Not only was she insanely clear and concise with her explanations. She actually took the time to find out what teaching style works best with me and began to implement that during my tuition lessons. She was my math tutor prior to my IGSCE's and she really helped me to fully understand the concept and also the application of it. Due to her friendly manner, I felt no worry asking a question as she was always happy to answer. I don't think I needed to repeat any of my questions as she always clarified them in a way I was able to understand. Thanks Ms Fiona 🙂

Ms. Fiona has been one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She teaches me math and biology, and every time she goes through the syllabus, I feel so much more reassured and confident in what I’m learning. She explains things clearly, and whenever I have questions, she answers them in a way that really helps my understanding. Compared to my past schools, I’ve improved so much in both subjects, and I honestly think it’s because of how well she teaches. She’s made a big difference for me, and I really appreciate that.

Not even kidding, Ms Fiona’s workshop is a lifesaver. She breaks stuff down so clearly and actually teaches you how to beat the exam, not just memorize things. The tips she gives for past paper questions are truly amazing. She always succeeds in making the session really engaging!! I never feel bored or overwhelmed. She’s also super supportive and always down to help if you’re confused. It’s obvious she genuinely wants us to do well, which definitely makes a huge difference. The igcse workshop has honestly been a huge help. Her way of teaching is super clear, and she explains things in a way that actually makes sense, especially when it comes to especially tricky exam questions. she actually shows you how to think and answer smartly which I appreciate a lot. After attending her classes, I've felt more motivated to research on Biology and Maths topics, even outside of the classroom. The vibe is really chill and encouraging, and you can tell she actually cares about her students doing well, as she puts in research in what she teaches to make sure it's reliable. It’s not like a typical class where the teacher just gives work. it’s more focused, def more practical, and honestly way more helpful. I’m honestly really glad I joined, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s serious about improving before IGCSEs, because I definitely did.

My daughter studied under Miss Fiona for the May-June IGCSE Math examinations, and she scored 85%! We were so worried because she hadn’t been doing well in math previously, and we sought tuition quite last-minute. But Miss Fiona made things so clear and easy for her to understand. The results came out today, and I was honestly emotional …..thank you so much for your incredible support and teaching.
